My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.
Description
Using the jump board to add a cardio element to your weekly pilates practice. Better to have taken a few regular pilates classes before joining this one.
