My background is in fitness and sports therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based knowledge to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.
Beschreibung
A class on the mat incorporating some traditional Pilates Mat exercises and infusing some deep stretches to lengthen muscles and provide more flexibility.
