Join us for an evening of Wellbeing specifically designed to meet EVERY Woman where she is at! The last 3 years have been a roller coaster and Women have carried so many heavy burdens and pivoted so many times that more and more Women are reporting that they are on the verge of Burnout (or are already there).

This evening is for ALL WOMEN.  and includes the following
* Snacks & Refreshments;
*Women's Sharing Circle;
*Wellbeing Journaling (a custom Journal is included)
*Meditation
*Gentle, Restorative & Regulating Yoga Session
