Adding free weights to your yoga practice can increase muscle awareness and boosts lean muscle mass and flexibility. Add a dash of cardio bursts to increase your cardiovascular endurance and elevate your heart rate ~ and your workout will nearly be perfect! Suitable for all levels. Including beginners.
