This class combines Yoga and the magic of Chakras! Building a self-aware yoga practice can create not just physical and mental health. It can release trapped emotions, shift energy and get Chakras moving and balanced. It's the best way to materialize that "internal shift" you hear so much about in Yoga.
This class will include a Chakra Education that will help you cultivate a practice beyond your mat to harness and shift the energy in your physical and energetic bodies. Asana (yoga poses), breath work, Mudra will all be utilized to target all 7 chakras every week. In addition, we will discuss colour, crystals, foods - all of the best ways to support and balance your Chakras.
Great for all levels from beginners to seasoned practitioners... this class is much more about the Chakra work than the yoga skill.
