Description
Let's MAXIMIZE our WALK! How do we do that? By adding strength! Grab your hand weights and walk with Michelle. We will lace up our sneakers for a brisk and refreshing walk along the river's edge and cap it off with a strength and stretch routine!
We are making room for 18 registrations and will divide the groups into two cohorts.
