DESCRIPTION: You're welcome to come along to this introductory session with the Aberdeen Buddhist Group. In the session, you will meet the people, receive an introduction  to how the group works and the format of meetings, as well as learning how to different body types can sit comfortably and optimally for meditation and then being guided through a Mindfulness of Breathing meditation.

All ABG events are charged on a dana basis, where you choose the amount to donate - it's great if you can bring some cash to donate in the 'Dana bowl'. Donations cover rent, teas & coffees, and equipment. You can book through Love Yoga or by emailing aberdeenbuddhistgroup@yahoo.co.uk
