DESCRIPTION: Yoga Roll is a open level hybrid class where we will combine yoga practice with use of rolling techniques to increase mobility, improve breathing as well as easing aches and pains and sooth the nervous system. We use therapy balls to aid our practice, each week we will focus on a set of movements and use the rolling techniques to support our practice. 

All equipment is provided and booking is essential as places are limited.
