DESCRIPTION: A special class using massage therapy balls for a guided self massage of the face, jaw and neck.
The muscles of the face share neural origins with the vagus nerve, and facial massage has a direct impact on our relaxation response. Learn more about how to apply roll techniques to the facial muscles in this special class.

Yoga Roll is an open level hybrid class where we will combine yoga practice with use of rolling techniques to increase mobility, improve breathing as well as easing aches and pains and sooth the nervous system. We use therapy balls to aid our practice, each week we will focus on a set of movements and use the rolling techniques to support our practice. 

All equipment is provided and booking is essential as places are limited.
