In this class we will be moving slower and holding poses for 3-5 breaths. Building strength and increasing flexibility. New/beginner yogis will love the ease of being able to follow along and learn poses while more advanced yogis will enjoy being able to deepen their yoga practice by focusing on breath & stillness. For this class the room is slighted heated between 75 -80 degrees.

Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. This series of exercise is performed equipment-free, with the moves adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support.
