Yin yoga is a very restorative style of yoga where the poses are practiced lying down or sitting on the floor and focuses on down-regulating the nervous system. In this class we will spend 30 minutes doing each type of yoga so we can move, stretch, & recover.

In this class we will be moving slower through our yoga practice making it easy to follow along as we work on balance & increased flexibility. New/beginner yogis will love the ease of being able to follow along and learn poses while more advanced yogis will enjoy being able to deepen their yoga practice by focusing on breath.
