Join Amanda as she leads you through a joy filled class that invites love & laughter into your life.  Come with a curious & open mind if you've never tried Kriya yoga before.  This will be the perfect opportunity to learn more.
Class will begin with movement for a warm-up then will be followed by chanting & then the Kriya.  Class will conclude with savasana & meditation.
Class is included in members normal rate/class pass.  Drop in rate is $20.
