Recipients of Reiki increase the opportunity to accelerate their body’s natural, innate and internal healing response. There is no physical manipulation whatsoever during a traditional Reiki session; everything is done on a purely energetic level. 
Combining Reiki with a deep stretch yoga practice is nurturing and can be restorative on many levels. It is a great way to balance out the physical and emotional practices of your life!
