In this beginner friendly class , paired with the full moon, Mandi will share what she has learned through her own process of healing and letting go. Then, she’ll lead the class through slow basic postures as well as some dynamic poses to aid us in releasing that which we wish to let go of. Class will conclude with a beautiful releasing ritual. All levels welcome.
