DESCRIPTION: In this Autumnal Equinox Vinyasa class we recognize the symmetry between light & darkness.  We will begin with an awaking Vinyasa that will bring the whirlwind of summer into our practice and finish with a grounding hatha stretch inviting balance back into our lives.
This class will be held in the Max Training gym space for added space and increased class size.  CDC Social Distancing Guidelines will be in place.
