In this unique class, you will get a taste of something different each week. Different strength building exercises mixed in with a little cardio and a lot of yoga. This is the perfect class if you are looking to start adding some resistance exercises into your life. We will top off the hour with yoga movement to stretch us out and increase our balance & flexibility.
