Undo chronic tension & pain. Many people carry a pattern of tension in their minds and bodies that can drain their energy and prevent true relaxation and resilience. When our nervous system and mind can learn how to calm, our body can release tension and relax, and we can connect to our natural ability to heal.

In our beautiful candlelit studio we will use movement to release, relax and balance ourselves. We focus the brain on specifically contracted muscles and movement patterns and then guide them to a place of freedom. This process can undo years of chronic tension and pain.

This class is appropriate for all levels.
