Description
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice in which you lie in savasana while being guided into a deep and systematic "meditation". This practice offers you space to explore what you need in the moment, an opportunity to release long-held emotions while opening you to learn about yourself more intimately. You will be guided to scan the body with breath awareness which deeply calms the nervous system. This practice can be done by everyone.

Class will be lead by Darcy Neumann.
