Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as yogic sleep is a guided journey allowing you to fall into a deep state of relaxation.
Yoga Nidra, according to the yoga tradition, can help us resolve the obstacles that stand in the way of an authentic life of purpose and meaning.
This class will start with some slow yoga movement to prepare our body to rest in an enhanced savasana position. You will then be guided into a state of deep relaxation and surrender. The practice of Yoga Nidra is a profound process of relaxation, release of chronic stress, and restful "sleep" which allows a sense of harmony in your daily life.
