If you want to improve your mobility & flexibility, this is the class for you. Learn and practice techniques that will help you move better and feel better.
This will be a hybrid class both in Studio & Online. There is limited space in the studio and all social distancing protocols will be followed. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class. If you sign up & cannot attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before class to ensure others can sign -up.
