Somatic Yoga is not your typical yoga class. Somatic yoga uses pandiculation (controlled stretching) to gain access to deep tissues and re-wire the mind to move in proper alignment. This yoga style allows you the space to learn your body & its unique ranges of motion while giving you the tools to progress responsibly in your practice. Somatic yoga has helped many increase their sensorimotor awareness and find it relaxes the nervous system.
