DESCRIPTION: charity Kirtan on New Year day at the Urban Co-Op. Myself and Martin will be joined by Mahatmananda / Tadhg Ferriter to bring you an opportunity to start 2022 in praise, in song, in community and in presence. We will be sharing chants, yoga nidra and maybe even a cuppa tea. 
This is a charity event, this year I am supporting a charity very dear to me. My nephew, who lost his young wife to cancer is organising a cycle in her honour to raise money for charities dear to them. You can see the details at instagram on Cycle4Helen 

Booking in advance is essential - you can book for the in-person or online event on my website. All are welcome. If you are coming in person, we would ask that you take self-responsibility and don’t come if you’re not feeling well or have any symptoms.
