DESCRIPTION: This gentle yoga class is suitable for beginners or those that already have some yoga experience. You will be guided through a practice which will include pranayama (breathwork), asana (movement), relaxation and meditation.

This is a hatha based yoga practice with some practices from restorative yoga and some somatic movement, to build self-awareness, confidence, flexibility and support that not only affects you on the mat but reflects in your everyday life too.

Your Home Practice
Try to find a quiet space where you won&#039;t be disturbed. You will need a yoga mat, blanket and cushion, a block (a few sturdy books will work too) and a little space to move around in.
