In this 45 minute practice offered online over zoom, I invite you to take some time to care for yourself and to completely rest and unwind. With gentle yoga poses, breathwork or meditation to relax the body, breath and mind we will move into the deeply healing practice of Yoga Nidra to renew your body with this deeply nourishing and rejuvenating practice. This unique yoga nidra experience will include music, mantra and poetry.
You will need a mat, blankets, cushions - whatever supports you need to bring you comfort and ease as you lie or sit.
