DESCRIPTION: Monday evenings have never been more chilled! This class promises some mindful vinyasa flow, followed by some deeply relaxing Yin yoga. The perfect tonic for a Monday night! Open to all yoga experience levels. 

At a minimum please bring your own yoga mat - useful extras: yoga strap, yoga block, blanket, bolster or cushion. 

It will be hosted at Cheapside Village Hall in Ascot SL5 7QH - this is a Covid compliant venue & social distancing will be in place so spaces must be booked in advance & are very limited. There is free parking outside the venue.
