DESCRIPTION: This class is for the staff of Lindt and Sprungli UK office & for the next few classes is covered by Anoushka Quick as Lucy is away getting married.  

It is a combination of Yoga and Pilates so each week we will focus on both strengthening and stretching the body. 

There will be modifications on offer to suit different experience levels, so please do come along and give it a go even if you’ve never tried Yoga/Pilates before. 

Signing up is necessary but is free for the employees of Lindt and Sprungli.
