DESCRIPTION: In Lucy’s Yoga Flow classes you can expect dynamic and mindful movement, combined with awareness of the breath. Each class is themed and you will be guided through an intelligent sequence designed around that theme. You will be encouraged to pay attention to what is right for YOU - finding a balance between the strength and ease that we are seeking in our practice.

At a minimum please bring your own yoga mat - useful extras: yoga strap, yoga block, blanket, bolster or cushion. 

It will be hosted at Cheapside Village Hall in Ascot SL5 7QH - spaces must be booked in advance as they are limited. There is free parking outside the venue.
