DESCRIPTION: This class is for the staff of Lindt & Sprungli UK office. 

It is a Yoga Flow class so will include: a gentle warm up, followed by Vinyasas / Sun Salutations to bring heat into the body, movements to target our focus area of the week, wind down stretches & a relaxation (Savasana) at the end. 

There will be modifications on offer to suit different experience levels, so please do come along & give it a go even if you’ve never tried Yoga before. 

Signing up is necessary but is free for the employees of Lindt & Sprungli.
