Come & join us for a dynamic flow (mandala inspired), focussed on building core strength & helping you to build confidence in yourself. 

We will work towards some inversion practice (which will be lots of fun - promise!). 

The overall practice will be fun, challenging, & grounding. 

Join using the £20 “ Weekend workshop pass”.

You are welcome to bring your own mats & props with you, but there are spares at the studio if you wish to borrow them. 

It will be hosted at Broadlands Farm, Bagshot Road, Sunninghill, SL5 9JN. The entrance to Broadlands Farm has NO GATES. 

On entering the driveway, veer left & drive through the gap to the left of the red garages. Park under the barn & you’ll see the studio roof beyond the greenhouse. The area to the right of the house is also a good place to park. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE RED GARAGES.
