DESCRIPTION: In Lucy’s Vinyasa Flow classes you can expect dynamic & mindful movement, combined with awareness of the breath. Each class is themed & you will be guided through an intelligent sequence designed around that theme. You will be encouraged to pay attention to what is right for YOU - finding a balance between the strength & ease that we are seeking in our practice.

It will be lead ONLINE via the ZOOM app - please get in touch for advice on how to download this & set yourself up if you are unsure.

This class is held at Broadlands Farm in Sunninghill. It is limited to 5 students only & you must pay with a “SUN PASS”. Please make sure you bring your own mat & props as these will not be available to borrow from the studio - the toilet will also not be in use - both due to corona virus restrictions. Please do not attend this class if you’re feel at all unwell.
