With a focus on building strength in the body, students will have an opportunity to work on more advanced asana such as arm balances and inversions. We're making our popular Restorative Yoga Workshop EVEN BETTER by combining the supported, relaxing yoga poses with Yoga Nidra.

WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?
Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation practice that quite literally means 'conscious sleep'. The held moment between full consciousness and deep sleep. It is said that you can awaken from a Yoga Nidra practice even more alert and well-rested than a full night's sleep!

What to expect:
- Gentle, supported restorative yoga poses to stretch and relieve tension in the body and mind
- Candlelit environment and blankets to keep you warm
- Sound healing and guided Yoga Nidra experience with singing bowls
- Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and enjoy a great night's sleep afterwards (or during, we won't judge)!

Date: Friday, 20th August, 6 - 8pm

Price: $36 or 3 classes off a 10 Class Pass
Optional add-on: deluxe silk eye pillow - $16 (normally $20) for the ultimate savasana experience
