A deeply nourishing class that begins with a breath-focused slow vinyasa flow, before transitioning into longer-held yin poses to increase the flexibility of the body and deeply restorative poses to wind the nervous system down.
At the moment please bring your own props if you can! A yoga brick or something of a similar shape and either a belt or thin scarf would be great, as well as a blanket.
All levels- beginner friendly.
