Luna Wave Yoga

A power yoga class, using a fusion of the Ashtanga and Rocket series as a foundation to work through more advanced postures.

Expect a fast flow, lots of vinyasa and handstand playtime. This class would be a great introduction before stepping into the slightly longer Saturday class.

Some yoga practice and familiarity is advised.
