The Dome

This class combines strengthening with stretching to improve flexibility. Each class focuses on a different area of the body to improve the range of motion, for example in the hips, shoulders or back. The classes involve an active warm up, sun salutations and then a yoga flow tailored to strengthen and stretch the area of focus.The class finishes with some longer passive stretches and a short led meditation.
