DESCRIPTION: Join me for a class for you and baby, we will work on gently rebuilding your core and each class will be tailored to how you are feeling that week. Take time to bond with baby with some baby yoga and finish off with a relaxation to leave you both feeling calm and restored.

Mats and blankets will be provided, but please bring a muslin or blanket for baby and anything else they might need. There is baby changing facilities and you can bring buggies into the hall. Please enter through door on Canterbury Road.
