DESCRIPTION: Join me for a restful class for all women and mums 6 months+ postnatal (who are ready to enjoy a class without baby) to work on rebuilding their core and taking some time for themselves to rest and restore. We will have time to share in each class and finish with a lovely yoga nidra so you leave feeling calm and restored, ready for the week ahead.
