Description
This free 1/2 hour class will include 15 minutes discussion lead by Tara during which all participants will be encouraged to unmute their microphones and take part in the conversation to help promote socialization. Tara will also teach different information each day on the traditions of mindfulness and breathing techniques that help reduce anxiety and bring a sense of peace. The next 15 minutes will be for meditation during which students can practice their new knowledge.
