Meeting in the surf club for the breath-work session, please be a little early to set yourself up as we start on time 5.30.
Join the MadlyCalm Morning Crew to experience a super  activated breathing session followed by a cold water immersion session in the ice tub, all before you go to work or start your day.
FEEL THE GOOD FEELS ALL DAY LONG!
Bring: Yoga Mat, light blanket, wear comfortable clothes and swimmers.
