DESCRIPTION: Maitri Center is proud to partner with the Oregon Area Senior Center to offer discounted gentle yoga & stretching for older adults. These are IN PERSON classes with limited enrollment. Participants who are able to move up & down off the floor with relative ease will benefit the most. Each session reflects a senior discount rate. No credits or refunds for missed classes. Drop ins permitted as space allows. Please bring:
--your own yoga mat
--folded blanket or thick towel
--strap, belt, or resistance band
--a yoga block (optional but recommended)
