A special weekend session for those who can’t make it in the week, or those who would like a top up session.
The focus will be on the key really useful, cool and fun Baby Yoga moves! Flying, upside downs and more. And the key moves for happy tummies and relaxation, so there's something for everyone.
Plus some chilled easy yoga for caregivers too!
All parents and caregivers are welcome to come along as a family. Older siblings are welcome to use the outside space with parental supervision, but to keep the session focused will not take part in the main part of the session. We will come together at the end for some gentle family yoga and relaxation.

PLEASE BRING A MAT, BLANKET, CUSHIONS MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT YOU NEED TO KEEP YOU COMFORTABLE. CLEAN WIPEABLE CHAIRS WILL BE AVAILABLE. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT AT THIS TIME.
Location: Littlemore Village Hall, Railway Lane, OX4 4PY. There is plenty of parking. And the hall is on the 3A bus route. FULLY ACCESSIBLE.
A special weekend session for those who can’t make it in the week, or those who would like a top up session.
The focus will be on the key really useful, cool and fun Baby Yoga moves! Flying, upside downs and more. And the key moves for happy tummies and relaxation, so there's something for everyone.
Plus some chilled easy yoga for caregivers too!
All parents and caregivers are welcome to come along as a family. Older siblings are welcome to use the outside space with parental supervision, but to keep the session focused will not take part in the main part of the session. We will come together at the end for some gentle family yoga and relaxation.

Session led by Sara Barker, Women’s Health, Pregnancy, Post-natal and Baby specialist. Trained in Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Yoga and Pilates, with over 30 years experience. Fully insured.

You are encouraged to take an LFT before sessions and keep up to date with your vaccinations. Please feel free to use a mask as much as you wish, and be respectful of others need for space. Maintain good hygiene with hand washing and use of sanitiser. If you feel unwell please do not come to class and follow current NHS advice.
