These friendly classes are here to support you from week 14 of your pregnancy right through to when you give birth. Using the internationally-acclaimed Birthlight method, this is a beautiful circle of women coming together to support each other and create a nourishing experience. Come and make friends!

Both beginners and more experienced practitioners are welcome. Classes are suitable for all pregnant women and people, of any size, shape and ability. This is an inclusive, supportive and non-judgemental space, where we support all forms of well-informed and respectful practices.

If you are having any pregnancy complications please let us know and we can discuss the suitability of classes. You may be able to do some or all of the class, yoga is very adaptable! Please make sure you have medical clearance for attending classes if needed.

Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise during pregnancy and is a safe way to keep you fit and healthy as your baby grows. In our sessions we practice easy-flowing postures to safely relieve pregnancy aches and pains, and to strengthen our bodies for the demands of birth and motherhood. It is a time to get in touch with your body and your growing baby. Our yoga is carefully designed to help you towards a healthy and joyful pregnancy, easy birth and speedy post-natal recovery!

These are lively classes where you and baby can play! Each class supports a different aspect of your baby’s health and development. They promote your baby’s sleep and relaxation. The session also encourages baby’s strength and flexibility. They support baby’s immune, respiratory and digestive systems, providing vital input in the first years of growth, and shaping brain and nervous system development.

The yoga inspires confident handling of your baby and child, helping to enhance communication and bonding. It’s a special time for you and your little ones, full of fun, songs, movements and massage.

There is always time for postnatal yoga, pilates and relaxation for you too! Graded exercises are suitable for all levels including C-section birth, to help you heal and recover after the birth of your baby, and to help to relieve your aches and pains. Classes strengthen your body, calm your emotions and aid you to feel more energised. Babies love to watch their parents do yoga!

These sessions are for all postnatal women and people, of any size, shape and ability. This is an inclusive, supportive and non-judgemental space, where we support all forms of feeding and respectful parenting. Dads, partners and other caregivers are welcome to come along (please note the yoga will have a postnatal focus).
