DESCRIPTION: Join Maria & Michael for a dreamy afternoon of deep, deep rest. 
We begin with a yin practice, guided by Maria, to settle into stillness and embrace slowing down. There is a short break for refreshments (usually home-made deliciousness), followed by a magical sound journey guided by Michael.  

Bring a blanket & cushion/bolster, wear warm comfortable clothes and then just settle in and relax. 
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Not suitable for those with pacemakers fitted or in some stages of pregnancy. Check with your doctor if you have any metal plates fitted, have epilepsy or contact me to check suitability.
