This class is dynamic and creative: characterised by constant change and full of new energy and ideas.

Every class is different and guides you through sequences to explore new ways of moving the body. Breaking habitual movement patterns and exploring how we can move in and out of places and shapes with fluidity and ease.

These movement sequences may present challenges, test mobility, range of motion, flexibility and strength. But most of all, they explore what our brilliant bodies can do and all the extraordinary ways they can move!

This class is not suitable for beginners. Some previous yoga experience is recommended, along with an open mind to new ideas :)

Beginning with Yin & Pranayama to calm the mind, nourish the nervous system and increase the health of the bones, joints and deeper connective tissues with gentle, long-held, passive poses.

Combined with a mindful, gentle flow practice to move rhythmically with the breath and our bodies. Tending to our lunar energy with nourishing, grounding movement.

An act of self-care and compassion at the end of a tired day.

This class is suitable for all levels.

This class is a true Saturday morning of self-care.
The opportunity to let the week go, be grateful and set intentions through meditation and journaling.
Nourishing the nervous system with pranayama and gentle Yin to reset, restore and release the tensions of the week.
Renewing and breathing in a fresh perspective with a gentle awakening flow.
Ready to step into the weekend completely refreshed.

This class is suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome.

Please bring a journal, notebook with you if you wish to journal but this is not essential. During journaling you may continue with mediation.

Please Note: Yin yoga typically supports the physical body with the use of props. If you are attending the yoga studio, due to current COVID-19 guidelines props will not be provided. I invite you to bring your own, to support the comfort of your practice, but please note this is not essential if you are unable to.
Suggested props: a blanket, blocks, cushions, a bolster
It is not essential to have all props listed and if you are unable to bring props, variations will be offered to support your practice.

An hour and a half of nourishing self-care practices that create a supportive community space to reflect on what we need in order to restore and realign for the month(s) ahead. Feeling better able to care for ourselves during difficult times by anchoring ourselves in these practices and to our own values and intentions.

Including: journaling, meditation, breath work, restorative yoga practices
