A morning class that includes breath work to balance, energise or cleanse the systems of the body.

Classes begin with more gentle movements, slowly stretching into the day, before moving into more energetic fluid movements, Sun Salutations and flows to prepare for the day ahead.

This class is suitable for all levels but some previous experience with yoga is recommended.
