Drawing on the principles of Yin yoga, these classes will explore releasing accumulated stress & tension in the body & mind through long-held yin poses & gentle somatic movement. Regulating the nervous system with mindfulness & breath work on a journey towards a deeply restorative relaxation response, promoting health & healing.

This is the second of a two-part series. Classes can also be attended individually. £18 per individual class / £30 for both classes.

Both held at the beautiful Norwich city centre studio 'Happy OM', where you will have access to an abundance of yoga props to support your practice and journey towards rest.
