Learn to listen, to feel into your physical being and the energy field of your inner-body through embodied rest practices such as gentle movement, breathwork and Yoga Nidra. Embodied practices ask you to tune into your inner worlds - body, mind and soul. Guiding you to notice, listen and respond.
