In this class we will be moving in a rhythmic dance around the mat. Creating a higher vibrational energy through pulsation of movement and body vinyasa.

The energy will be full of soul as we dance through this slower, rhythmic, evening movement meditation together.

Just enough challenge paired with just enough rest.

A mindful exploration of fluid movement led by breath and soul.

This class is suitable for all levels but some previous experience of yoga is recommended.
