An hour and a half of nourishing self-care practices that create a supportive community space to reflect on what we need in order to restore and realign for the month(s) ahead. Feeling better able to care for ourselves during difficult times by anchoring ourselves in these practices.
Including: journaling, meditation, breath work, restorative yoga practices
