This class is a true Saturday morning of self-care.

An opportunity to let the week past go, cultivate gratitude and set intentions through meditation and journaling.

Nourishing the nervous system with pranayama and gentle Yin poses to reset, restore and release the tensions of the week. Renewing and breathing in a fresh perspective with a gentle breath-led awakening flow, ready to step into the weekend completely refreshed.

This class is suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome.

Please bring a journal, notebook with you if you wish to journal but this is not essential. During journaling you may continue with meditation.

Please Note: Yin yoga typically supports the physical body with the use of props. If you are attending the yoga studio, due to current COVID-19 guidelines props will not be provided. I invite you to bring your own, to support the comfort of your practice, but please note this is not essential if you are unable to.
Suggested props: a blanket, blocks, cushions, a bolster
It is not essential to have all props listed and if you are unable to bring props, variations will be offered to support your practice.
