A morning Vinyasa practice that will move through a creative exploration of mindful breath-led movement.

Classes will begin with breathwork and gentle movements, slowly stretching into the day before moving into more energetic, fluid movement sequences that will build strength, explore range of motion and flexibility.

Sequences will balance an energetic awakening with leaving you feeling grounded and restored for the day and week ahead.

This class is suitable for anyone in good health who is looking to build strength and/or improve flexibility and range of motion for functional movement.
